Founded in 2005, the company has its roots in its creator experience, who dedicated to the trade and manufacture of Furniture from the early days in the company of the family, accumulating more than 30 years of experience. Working together with his father, an experienced craftsman who mastered the secrets of the art of working the wood, he not only acquired the joyness, but also the knowledge of this art, which encouraged him to follow on his own steps.
Luís Barbosa was able to transform this passion into a successful company in the area of custom-made furniture, preserving its distinctive feature: the heart of a craftsman.
This characteristic results in excellence products, entirely made in Portugal, according to the specifications and needs of each client.
Today
With over 20 years’ experience of one of the Founders, Guarnição, as a company of “masters” in wood and design, is contracted to execute meticulous projects where the requirement of perfection are in every detail.

Each solution presented comes from the integration of know-how with the experience gained from each employee, and always taking into account the approach to bolder projects allows the accumulation of new knowledge and capabilities. This winning formula ensures that tradition is always up-to-date.
Guarnição is installed in an area of ten thousand square meters, of which 4,5 thousand square meters are destined to the factory area and 500 square meters to the administrative area. These spaces, where every day every employee is dedicated to achieving perfection in detail.
With the use of state-of-the-art machines, we guarantee quality in the creation, always with the utmost attention and care for the environment.

This concern led to the necessary organization of the company with the help of a Quality Management System, in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001 standards in parallel with an Environmental Management system, according to the NP EN ISO 14001: 2004 standards, process initiated in December 2012.
